My husband and I live in Altoona,a small town in Central Pennsylvania. We both were born and raised  here as were our parents and their parents before them. Our children and now enjoy our four grandchildren were born here also.  My books were inspired by my little angels and all of their  friends who congregate at our house each summer.  

A Camp Carrot Cheer for Nutrition

I chose to stop working so that I could spend time with my grandchildren. I wrote  themed summer programs for them. We had different activities and field trips which were a lot of fun, (they even learned things along the way). Camp Carrot was one of our favorite summers, where they learned about choosing and eating good food . Part of the program included this cheer, it was learned by my grandchildren and many of their friends who wanted to join in the fun.
